By accessing or using the BatchFirst platform, you enter into a legally binding agreement to comply with these Terms of Service. These rules are designed to protect both the integrity of our database and the safety of our global community.
The BatchFirst database, its custom batch decoding algorithms, its brand identity, and its user interface are the exclusive proprietary property of BatchFirst. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use. Any attempt to replicate, scrape, or commercially redistribute our data without explicit written consent is a violation of these terms.
BatchFirst provides estimated manufacturing dates based on information derived from brand-specific batch code patterns. While we strive for absolute precision, these results are estimates and should not be considered definitive legal or clinical certificates.
Crucial Warning: We are not dermatologists or clinical researchers. A batch code result indicating a product is "in date" does not guarantee its safety or effectiveness. Cosmetic stability can be compromised by poor storage (heat, light, humidity).
If a product exhibits a change in scent, color, or texture, or if it causes any irritation, discard it immediately, regardless of the date provided by our tool.
BatchFirst shall not be held liable for any damages—including but not limited to skin irritation, allergic reactions, or property damage—resulting from the use or misuse of the information provided on our site. Your reliance on the information provided is strictly at your own risk.
When you submit a "Report this code" request, you grant BatchFirst a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable license to use that data anonymously to improve our decoding algorithms for the benefit of all users.
